From everyday spills to set-in stains, we've got it covered. Coffee, wine, grease, ink, blood, makeup, mud, sweat, pet urine — if it's on your couch, mattress, or rug, we know how to get it out. Every fabric and every type of stain reacts differently, so we don't use a one-size-fits-all spray. Before we start, we identify both the fabric and the stain, then match them to the right cleaning solution and technique for that specific combination.
Time matters. The fresher the stain, the better the outcome. Spills that are treated right away almost always come out completely. Older, set-in stains can usually be lifted significantly — but the longer something sits, the more it bonds with the fibers, and the harder (sometimes impossible) it becomes to remove fully.
A quick warning about DIY methods. We get a lot of calls after someone's tried to handle a stain themselves first — and unfortunately, popular "hacks" like baking soda or hydrogen peroxide can permanently damage upholstery fabric. These products can bleach, discolor, or chemically burn the fibers. Once that damage is done, it's done — even after we remove the original stain, the fabric may be left with a lighter patch or rough spot that can't be undone. If you're dealing with a stain, the safest move is to blot up any excess liquid and call us before reaching for anything from under the sink.
